

I still cannot believe how well this chicken turned out! My first attempt and I was able to properly brown the skin, cook it all the way to the bone and still have every piece (even the white ones) moist and filled with flavor!
Now I want one of those rotisserie things so I can make different flavors. I’ve been eyeing a lemon/garlic recipe and tentatively thinking about a Honey BBQ one too.
